ECTM was born in Costa Rica not by accident, but by conviction. Our founders spent years working inside the hospitality industry across Central America, watching boutique and independent hotels struggle to compete in an increasingly digital, data-driven marketplace. They had the product. They had the location. What they lacked was the infrastructure.

That gap became our purpose. We built ECTM to be the revenue and marketing arm that independent hotels don't have the budget to hire full-time a specialist team that shows up with enterprise-level tools, local market knowledge, and genuine skin in the game.
